#INCLUDE ABOUTME.PKG

Last 4 years I worked for the Swedish company Vitec PP7 AB that develops project based ERP systems.

Previous 16 years I have worked for the UK based ClubWise Software Limited company. ClubWise is an FCA regulated market leader in the UK and Australia and is used by over 1,500 customers. ClubWise integrates Club Management Software, Direct Debit Collection Services, Marketing, Referral Management and Retention Services, in a single, cloud-based solution, so providing tangible benefits for the Health and Fitness industry.

Previously, my background is military and police services (over 7 years) as well as Banks (Financial), Petroleum (Gas and Oil) and Investment (Financial) Companies.

In the past spent reasonable time participating in open source projects. In collaboration with other developers we built dataflex developer's editor TheHammer, which is used till now. Working hardly on Windows API, built and compiled WindowsEx framework for DataFlex with many amazing features. Finally developed hudreds usefulcomponents and controls.

Working with ClubWise I got invaluable experience in designing and building reasonably large, distributed systems. In the last few years ClubWise was successfully migrated into the Web environment and Windows version is not used anymore. Personally, I participated in all stages of the system building - Software and Hardware solutions we implemented, designed data center architecture as well as software core architecture, playing role of the team lead, senior developer and, sometimes, technical director.

I am able to work as a single developer or collaborate with the team. Having Staff and Project management skills, I may manage small groups of programmers, that work on some project(s).

I believe, the "art" of programming is making complex things simple, rather than making simple things complex. I love elegant and simple solutions for the complex projects. It significantly reduce bug level, time spent for the implementation, testing and deployment stages.
